FAQ — Wedding

Common questions from couples.

What's the minimum budget for a Bali wedding?

Our wedding planning & production packages start from IDR 75 million for intimate weddings (30–60 guests). Full destination weddings (100–200 guests) typically range IDR 150–400 million depending on venue, vendor selection, and production scale. The proposal we send breaks down every line item — no hidden fees.

Do you handle international couples?

Yes. We regularly work with couples from Jakarta, Singapore, Australia, Europe, and the US. Our team communicates in English, handles ceremony permits for non-Indonesian citizens, and can recommend trusted photographers, accommodations, and transport for guests.

How early should we book?

For peak season (May–Oct, Dec–Jan): 6–12 months ahead is ideal. Off-peak: 3–6 months is usually enough. The top venues and photographers book up fastest — earlier you start, more options you'll have.

Can we use vendors we already chose?

Absolutely. If you already have a photographer or florist you love, we coordinate with them. We can also recommend our trusted network — over the years we've built relationships with the best Bali wedding vendors across every category.

What happens after I inquire?

You'll get a reply within 24 hours. We'll schedule a free 30-minute discovery call to understand your vision, then send a custom proposal within 3 working days with concept direction, vendor mix, and a transparent quote.

Do you handle legal/religious ceremonies?

Yes — civil, Christian, Catholic, Hindu (Balinese), and symbolic ceremonies. For legal weddings of non-Indonesian citizens, we coordinate paperwork through the embassy/notary, though the legal ceremony itself typically happens in your home country before the Bali celebration.

Tell us about your wedding.

Send your wedding date (or window), expected guest count, and where in Bali you're imagining. We'll reply within 24 hours with concept ideas and a transparent quote.
