Terms of Service
By using the GL Bali Events website ("Site") and engaging our event production services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
GL Bali Events is an event production and crew support agency operating in Bali, Indonesia. We provide planning, production, and coordination services for weddings, corporate events, and private celebrations.
2. Inquiries & Quotes
Inquiries via WhatsApp, email, or contact form are non-binding. A confirmed booking requires a signed proposal/agreement and a deposit, as detailed in the proposal we send you.
3. Bookings & Payments
- A deposit (typically 30–50% of total quote) is required to secure your date
- Full payment terms are outlined in your individual event proposal
- Prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation terms are specified in each event proposal. As a general guideline:
- Cancellations more than 60 days before the event: partial refund of deposit may apply
- Cancellations within 60 days: deposit is non-refundable
- Costs already committed to third-party vendors (venue, catering, etc.) are non-refundable
5. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, etc.). In such cases, we will work in good faith to reschedule.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including logos, photos, copy, and design — is the property of GL Bali Events or used with permission. Photos of past events may be used for our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing.
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate event information
- Make decisions and approvals within agreed timelines
- Respect venue rules and applicable local regulations in Bali
- Behave respectfully toward our crew, vendors, and guests
8. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific event. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or if unresolved, in the courts of Bali, Indonesia.
